Sorry! No Shana yet! But another release

The much promised Shana doujinshi is not done yet. Like I said in a comment to the previous post, quote following: (

curiously enough, that is exactly what I am wondering... I finished translating it sometime in May...Entrail was done with the editing around early June, I immediately told him to correct a few errors and things I wanted done differently, and as far as I know he has yet to do this...Please send him a few angry emails.

Regarding the Black Lagoon doujinshi's requested in an earlier comment we will not do them because I did not think they were any good, I have not seen the anime, and there are many other good doujinshi's waiting to be scanlated. Also, our new editor moved somewhere without an internet connection and Entrail is annoyingly lazy and uncooperative so any new release might be delayed further.

If it was up to me we would have a new release every two weeks or more often. But it is not, so I complain here...which serves no purpose except as to relieve my irritation.

) end quote

So there you have it. Since I am rapidly approaching despair because of this I felt the need to make a post stating that from now on we will not give any estimate as to when the next release will be . It is simply beyond my control.

Then I found a chapter of an h-manga which I translated earlier for baka-neko, then he edited it, sent it back and I promptly forgot it. So to make up for this awful delay of the Shana doujinshi I fixed a few minor issues and is now releasing it. So here is a chapter called Distortion Pedal from the manga Midara na soshitsu by Cuvie. It is one of several small story's in this manga and I think all of the others have been scanlated with the exception a chapter we have translated but not yet edited.
I make no promises but I hope that releases might be more regular once summer vacation is over.

do you only need editors? if so you can find them by the handfuls if your looking

We should not be in any need of editors but it seems we are... I translate more than our editors edit, even though I'm not exactly fast; I'm not very good at Japanese so I spend a lot of time looking up kanji which is not as easy as looking up English words...

this makes me sad.....cause I know how long translating can take and its by far the longest part of the process, but I'm thankful of you doing it. now if you need some editors, I might can send a few your way.

@befly
"A few" might be a bit over the top but someone who knows what to do, knows a bit English(enough not to misspell every other word) and can spare an hour a week would probably double our release rate.
I don't know exactly what you mean by "send a few your way", but help would be appreciated.
