SFX should usually be left alone and if it's something not obvious, simple margin captions will suffice.
I say "usually" since it's based on whether the artist "drew" the SFX so it looks nice or if it was just thrown in so the readers know what's up.

Not only that one, some of the other links have also expired. These file transfer services usually only let you store files for a limited amount of time, nothing we can do about that. We will upload them again and change the links, but I don't know when I will find the time to do so. The torrents will have to do for now. (If there are no seeds you should tell us at once)
